Located in Shunyi, Beijing, this project involves renovating a residential building in an orchard and creating a landscaped environment. The design first transforms the original building into a contemporary single-sloping roof and then adds a yoga pavilion outdoors. In the garden, the designer uses linked spaces to create a variety of scenes and views. The architecture uses simple colours to avoid competing with the landscape.
